2. Data we process

We process data submitted in an order: name, email address, telephone number, delivery address and order notes. We may also process technical data needed to operate and secure the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases

We process order data to perform the agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), meet legal and accounting duties (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR), and protect our legitimate interests, including security and defence of claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Newsletter communications require consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).

4. Recipients and retention

Data may be shared with payment providers NOWPayments and Przelewy24 when the method is available in checkout, as well as delivery providers, hosting providers and accounting providers, only where necessary. Order and accounting data are retained for the period required by law; newsletter data are retained until consent is withdrawn.

5. Your rights
