GrapheneOS Installation Service Terms

Effective from: 1 August 2026

1. Provider and scope

The service is provided by Cashf1ow sp. z o.o., ul. Tadeusza Kosciuszki 1A, 77-300 Człuchów, Poland; NIP: 8431629853; KRS: 0001103999; email: kontakt@securephone.pl. The service includes GrapheneOS installation, security configuration, system testing and basic usage guidance.

2. Compatibility and Customer obligations

The service is available only for compatible Google Pixel 8, 9 and 10 devices. The phone must be technically functional, carrier-unlocked and ready for installation. Before shipping, the Customer must back up data, remove accounts and protections, and package the phone safely.

3. Process and fulfilment

After order confirmation, the Customer receives the current shipping address and instructions. Fulfilment takes up to 30 business days from receipt of the phone and payment confirmation. We prepare the service individually after discussing the Customer's needs and configuration preferences. Return delivery in Poland is free, and we help the Customer learn the key phone functions after receipt.

4. Price and payment

The service price is 500 PLN gross. Online cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments.

5. Withdrawal and complaints

A Consumer may withdraw within 14 days of entering the agreement. If the Consumer expressly requests commencement before the withdrawal period ends, they pay for performance completed until withdrawal. The withdrawal right expires after full performance only where the Consumer expressly consented and acknowledged this consequence before the service began.
