SecurePhone Store Terms and Conditions

1. Seller and scope
The SecurePhone store at securephone.pl is operated by Cashf1ow sp. z o.o., ul. Tadeusza Kosciuszki 1A, 77-300 Człuchów, Poland; NIP: 8431629853; KRS: 0001103999; email: kontakt@securephone.pl; telephone: +48 693 345 222. Cashf1ow sp. z o.o. operates the store under the SecurePhone brand.
These Terms govern use of the store and distance sales agreements. They are provided free of charge before an agreement is made in a form that allows saving and reproducing them.
2. Products, prices and payment
Products are Google Pixel phones with GrapheneOS and a configuration service. The separate service is GrapheneOS installation on the Customer's compatible phone. All prices are in PLN, include VAT, and include free delivery within Poland. Cryptocurrency payments are processed through NOWPayments on the operator's secure hosted payment page. Przelewy24 online payments may also be available when shown in checkout.
3. Orders and delivery
Orders may be placed through the order form, by email, or by telephone. Before submitting an order, the Customer receives a summary of the selected product or service, the gross price and delivery information. The sales agreement is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email.
Fulfilment takes up to 30 business days after payment is confirmed. Each phone is prepared individually, including a discussion of the Buyer's needs and configuration preferences. To install GrapheneOS and perform the agreed configuration, the Seller opens the original package seals. The phone is delivered after preparation and is therefore not supplied factory-sealed. Delivery in Poland is free. After delivery, we help the Buyer become familiar with the key functions and safe use of the phone.
4. Installation service
The installation service is available for compatible Google Pixel 8, 9 and 10 models. It costs 500 PLN gross, including return delivery in Poland. Before sending a phone, the Customer must back up data, remove accounts and device protections, and package the phone securely. The Seller provides shipping instructions after order confirmation.
5. Consumer withdrawal right
A Consumer and an eligible sole trader may withdraw from a distance agreement within 14 days without giving a reason. For a product, the period begins when the Consumer or a named third party receives it. To withdraw, send a clear statement by email to kontakt@securephone.pl or by post to the Seller's registered address.
The Seller refunds payments, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal statement. The Seller may wait until receiving the returned product or proof it was sent back. The Consumer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
For a service expressly requested before the withdrawal period ends, the Consumer pays for the performance completed before withdrawal. The withdrawal right expires after full performance only where the Consumer expressly consented to early commencement and acknowledged this consequence beforehand.

6. Complaints and final provisions
Complaints may be sent to kontakt@securephone.pl or by post to the Seller's registered address. The Seller responds within 14 days. Applicable Polish law governs matters not covered by these Terms. Disputes are resolved by the court having jurisdiction under applicable law.
